Hi

Everyone.

I applied a power of 12.4V to my MP2028.

However, the LED did not turn on. And I checked the power input of the sensor installed on each board, but the power does not come on normally.

I checked that the wiring was OK and checked that P2 connector 1, 2 were OK.

If you have experience and have solved it, please give us your opinion.

Thank you

Hello,

The LEDs should light up when power is applied so that indicates there is an issue preventing that.

If you have verified the connections and power source then the board may be damaged and failing to turn on.

You should receive an e-mail from your account manager, Hamza, soon about this in reply to your original e-mail.
